Our doctors are in-network providers on most private insurances through employer groups (most PPO's, some HMO's). We are continuing to work on getting in network with insurances purchased through the Exchange or through a private broker/agent. There are also a growing number of cost-share plans that we are participating providers. The safest thing to do is to check to see if our individual names are specifically listed as in-network providers when you personally log on to that insurance's website. We unfortunately do not take Medicaid, CHIP, or other public assistance insurances. Patients who don't have insurance coverage are welcome to enroll as self-pay patients, for whom we have a different fee schedule. Please click onto the Insurance page above for help in understanding the breakdown between insurance and member responsibilities regarding fees for office services.
We immunize according to the recommended ACIP/AAP schedule and are not accepting new patients who want to proceed with an alternative immunization schedule. The determination of which immunizations we consider mandatory to stay enrolled in Cevey Pediatrics is at the discretion of the doctors, and based on the most recent statuses of prevalence, morbidity, and vaccine availability for all vaccine preventable diseases.
