For urgent after hours questions, calling the front desk number will give you a recording that lets you choose between being connected to the Methodist Call-A-Nurse nurse triage line or directly getting through to the doctor on call. The email address listed as the office email on our home page IS NOT an email that is checked after hours, nor is the nurse email. Established patients have been given the doctor's email addresses to send nonurgent messages to the doctor that will be checked intermittently after hours but may take up to 24 hours to receive a response.
For routine issues that can wait until the next day, we recommend calling back during normal office hours.
