* Infant and Children's ibuprofen formulations are at different concentrations, unlike the case with Infant and Children's acetaminophen formulations.  We recommend sticking with the Children's ibuprofen formulation so that the ml doses are comparable to acetaminophen doses.

This chart goes up to a 30 lb child, which should be more than an average 2 year old child.
